Easy Grilled Key West Style Keto Shrimp Recipe

Easy low carb keto shrimp recipe that works great as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined with the tail on
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar free honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Red bell pepper very finely chopped
  • 1 squeeze Fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, sugar free honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red bell pepper, lime juice and salt to taste.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl, and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place the shrimp evenly onto skewers, and grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.

Notes

Depending on how many shrimp you put on each skewers, this recipe should make 8-10 skewers.
