Easy Cast Iron Skillet Queso Dip Recipe

This delicious skillet queso recipe is super easy to make and will leave your guests thinking that you spent way more than 5 minutes preparing it. It is a definite crowd pleaser that is a perfect appetizer for game day parties.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Hormel canned chili I prefer hot with beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese you can use any shredded cheese you like - chihuahua cheese, colby-jack, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees
  • Add the chili to the skillet
    2 cans Hormel canned chili
  • Add the cheese to the chili
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Stir the chili and cheese mixture
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly - stirring once about halfway through

Notes

To increase the recipe, add 1 cup of cheese for every can of chili you add. Cook time may increase depending on how much you increase the servings.
