bacon

bacon grease
reserved from cooking the bacon

keto honey

tbsp.
chives
freshly chopped
Instructions
Cut the bacon into pieces, and fry until crispy. Remove, and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Remove, and drain bacon on a paper towel lined plate.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in the fridge for later.
Notes
If you don't want to fry the bacon, you can bake it on a parchment lined baking sheet at 450 degrees for 10-20 minutes, then cut it into pieces.
