Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet or 9" loaf pan
  • 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup potato flakes
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp beef bullion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce gluten-free*
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. ground beef

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Form into loaf on a baking sheet. (Lining the sheet with parchment paper makes cleanup easy).
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
