This slow cooker ground beef tacos recipe is easy to make and has delicious flavor. It's the perfect meal for busy weeknights, Taco Tuesday, or any day of the week.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar salsa verde 16 oz
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • arrowroot as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker
  • Set slow cooker on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours
  • Create a slurry with arrowroot and water - the ratio is 1 tbsp arrowroot to 1 1/2 tbsp water. Pour the slurry into the ground beef mixture and stir until combined. Repeat as needed until thick. Arrowroot will turn to jelly, so add it in small amounts until you reach the desired thickness.
