This slow cooker ground beef tacos recipe is easy to make and has delicious flavor. It's the perfect meal for busy weeknights, Taco Tuesday, or any day of the week.
Set slow cooker on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours
Create a slurry with arrowroot and water - the ratio is 1 tbsp arrowroot to 1 1/2 tbsp water. Pour the slurry into the ground beef mixture and stir until combined. Repeat as needed until thick. Arrowroot will turn to jelly, so add it in small amounts until you reach the desired thickness.
