Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 ounces
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1/3 cup stevia blend
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl
  • Using a hand mixer, combine the pie filling mixture until smooth
  • Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour the pie filling mixture into the pie pan
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until firm and golden brown
  • Allow to cool and then serve with your favorite dairy free whipped topping
  • Store in the fridge covered in aluminum foil or plastic wrap
