Keto Bacon Butter

Easy and delicious, this homemade keto bacon butter is an easy way to add amazing flavor to all kinds of low carb dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp. butter softened
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp. bacon grease reserved from cooking the bacon
  • 1 tsp. keto honey
  • 2 tbsp. chives freshly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bacon into pieces, and fry until crispy. Remove, and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
  • Remove, and drain bacon on a paper towel lined plate.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately or place in an airtight container in the fridge for later.

Notes

If you don't want to fry the bacon, you can bake it on a parchment lined baking sheet at 450 degrees for 10-20 minutes, then cut it into pieces.
