Quick and Easy Air Fryer Steak Bites for Busy Weeknights

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees
  • Cut steak into 1" cubes
  • Add steak to a large bowl, and add in all the seasonings
  • Mix seasonings and steak together until steak is fully coated with seasoning mixture
  • Add steak bites to air fryer
  • Cook 14-16 minutes for well done, 8-10 minutes for medium, and 4-5 minutes for rare steak bites
