Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin on
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper
  • Place the chicken in the slow cooker
  • In small bowl, mix together all of the remaining ingredients
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker
  • Set the slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
  • Serve with veggies or a side of cauliflower rice

Notes

This recipe can be made with chicken breasts instead of thighs for a lean meat option. Use bone-in, skin on breasts and instead of 6, use 4 for a similar serving size. Cooking time should be the same.
