This slow cooker street tacos recipe practically cooks itself! So easy and a sure crowd-pleaser, all you need is a skirt steak and some salsa, and you can serve delicious street tacos that your whole family will gobble up!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb skirt steak thawed or frozen
  • 2 jars salsa verde 16 oz

Instructions
 

  • Add skirt steak to slow cooker
  • Add both jars of salsa over the skirt steak
  • Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hrs
  • Use a fork if necessary to shred skirt steak
  • Set the slow cooker to warm and allow flavors to mingle for about 30 minutes or so
  • Serve and enjoy
