chuck roast (bone-in or boneless)

balsamic vinegar

minced onion

tbsp
minced garlic

Worcestershire sauce

olive oil

Kosher salt

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the roast
Add the roast to the slow cooker
Pour the ingredients that you mixed in the bowl over the roast
Cook on high for 8-10 hours or low for 5-6 hours
Serve with your favorite low carb side dish
Notes
You can sear the roast in a pan on the stove before placing it in the slow cooker if you prefer.
