Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined with the tail on
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar free honey
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Red bell pepper very finely chopped
- 1 squeeze Fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, sugar free honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red bell pepper, lime juice and salt to taste.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl, and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the shrimp evenly onto skewers, and grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
